Percentage lease under discussion by Target in New Hyde Park

Management of Target is discussing various lease option to have their company at the former location of Sears in New Hyde Park. The main option is percentage lease under discussion.

A plan has not been finalized pending approvals from all stages of development.

The Sears store is now empty with no permit to divide into small units but as it is setup.
