Peeping Tom busted at Planet Fitness in Great Neck

Police arrested Demetrius Sumter, 27 of St. Albans after a female victim complained of recording her inside the tanning session. The incident was reported on Saturday, January 8 around 6pm. The victim, a 20 year old female, was finishing her tanning session at the Planet Fitness on Great Neck Road when she noticed a phone was recording in the ceiling panels. The victim called 911. Demetrius was taken into custody and charged. He will be presented to the court for arraignment.
