Ozone Park woman awarded 8 8 million settlement

In June 2011, Fata Krluc, 51 was walking with her grandsons as usual to school when a city owned bus driver struck her shocking everyone including kids and parents nearby in Ozone Park. Krluc was rushed to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in critical condition and was released after a long time.
