Bellerose resident stopped and frisked 24 times

Ashton, a resident of 250th and off Union Turnpike is a tall black male who work as a security guard has been stopped and frisked 24 times in the same area he lives. All 23 of them were let go after searching him for anything illegal but 24th occurred last night in front of 7-11 on Little Neck Parkway and Union Turnpike when he was about to leave, a police car approached the parking lot. Ashton who declined his last name and his picture stated its the same policemen who arrested him before so many times. As soon as he saw them, he took out his personal flashlight and pointed to one of the officer's eyes in retaliation to high beam aimed at Ashton. Two more police cars from 105th Precinct arrived and cuffed Ashton on front of 7-11. Since all six officers knew Ashton from previous stop and frisk, this time he was given a summon for heinous character which he must appear in court on March 2014. After taking off cuffs, Ashton called North Bellerose Civic Association and explained the situation since he was a member of the group as well as involved in various civic activities. Ashton plans to sue the officers, NYPD and city this time. The officers would not talk to anyone regarding the situation at the same location nor 105th Precinct.
