Over 15 people robbed in northeast Queens and the border

From August 15 to 20, both Queens and Nassau police reported robbery spikes in the border vicinity.

Police reported 3 people robbed on Lakeville Road near Marcus Avenue and the service road of LIE on August 19 from 6pm to 2am.

Northern Blvd between 246 Street and Little Neck Parkway reported 2 victims. One is on August 15 after midnight while walking.

On August 20, 3 people were robbed on the service road of LIE on August 20 in 20 minutes during the afternoon.

The same day after midnight, 2 victims were robbed on Douglaston Parkway. On August 19 a victim was robbed on 67th Avenue near 240th Street around 4pm.

Reported a group of suspects driving vehicles targeting victims and local stores. The suspects wearing all black masks during the incidents displayed weapons and took off with personal belongings.

For Glen Oaks, Bellerose and Floral Park, police reported 6 victims were robbed on Little Neck Parkway and Jericho Turnpike while Union Turnpike intersection reported 2 victims.

On 88th Avenue and 237th Street, 3 victims were robbed.

A female was robbed on 72nd Avenue and 243rd Street around 5pm.
