One waited and one jumped from GWB

Police are reporting a couple were on the upper level of George Washington Bridge after parking their vehicle and were standing by the ledge. One jumped while the other didn?t. Divers are working in the water to rescue the person. Police didn?t disclose whether its male or female. Ongoing investigation.
