More than 10 people hurt while having outdoor dining in Jackson Heights

Police reported a driver lost control and struck a building on Roosevelt Avenue and 87th Street. This is where more than 10 people were having their time with outdoor dining on the parking spot in front of the restaurant. The driver suffered injuries while trapped inside the vehicle. EMS transported all to local hospitals. Police are still investigating whether the driver had medical or DWI.
