One side of Queens to have skyscrapers

No it's not for you all.

Move over Long Island City, here comes eastern Queens.

Coming soon in 2028, two new skyscrapers next to the local 107th Precinct in Kew Garden Hills. This is on Parsons Blvd and 73rd Avenue.

It's called Utopia Living.

This is under the EB-5 immigration investor program allowing non-US citizens residence under USA investments accreditation with business visas.

The development company arranged the program in cooperation with the US agencies.

Back to the buildings. The plan submitted to the NYC Dept of Building consists of 50 and 40 story towers with 850 apartments with amenities.

Construction is expected to start soon and the expected date of completion is 2028.
