One dead and 3 injured after scaffolding incident in Midtown

FDNY responded to 136 East 36 St in Manhattan at 4:26pm for a scaffolding collapse. Fire Department operations are currently underway. There are four civilian injuries, including one fatality. All have been transported to Bellevue Hospital. All were window washers with 2 from Queens. Avoid the area.
