NYC Mayor calling out to block a local councilman s letter

NYC Mayor proclaims the city is still the greatest safest city in America. Now he is crying foul reaching out to local council member in upstate NY to stop publicizing a letter on NYC high crimes. The letter after distributing circulated all over NYS and part of the Bronx. The letter under Travel Advisory to NYC also hit the local media and papers. The mayor's office is reviewing the letter pending a decision.
