One block in Flushing is on panic mode after massage parlor raid

Police shut down a massage parlor on 162nd Street near Sanford Avenue in Flushing after raid and charged people inside with prostitution. The date of action was March 5 and other massage parlors on the same block between Sanford Avenue and 45th Avenue are now being careful to avoid raid and prostitution charges. Long time customers being disappointed has taken their business elsewhere and many went to Prince Street also in downtown Flushing near Main Street. Two owners on 162nd Street stated they are also planning to close and move out of state after multiple arrests of the closed location.
