Ohhhh gentrify Jamaica out with long timers

One time, Jamaica, Queens was the heartbeat of one of the voting decisions beside Harlem for any local elected officials in NYC and now it's fading away giving momentum to the far left from the moderates overall.

Jamaica Coliseum, once a popular destination for the community is still on the market while the lot across has been sold for a cool $46.8 three years under the development plan.

Shoppers have declined on Jamaica Avenue after then Mayor de Blasio targeted Jamaica to gentrify by selling the soul to developers who saw the $$$ signs connecting from JFK to LGA and Manhattan.

As of today, 18 Babylon-like new towers have been completed in the vicinity of Jamaica Avenue, Sutphin Blvd, Archer Avenue and Hillside Avenue where the average rent is $3,000 per month. All part of the affordable housing, the new public service to cater the next generation.

The MTA stated the interim bus terminal move in has completed this month from the current lot. Then the construction will start at the old lot to make way for the future bus terminal.

The construction will be ongoing from JFK to Jamaica for the next 10 to 20 years making it similar to the Manhattan skyline.

Enjoy.
