Off duty cop grazed by bullet during gunfire in Brentwood

Police reported an off duty cop was grazed by a bullet during gunfire in Brentwood, Suffolk County. It happened around 2:30am on Morton Street near Washington Avenue. The female officer didn't suffer major injuries after more than 30 rounds were fired toward the home. According to police, there were reports this was gang related involving MS-13 who was targeting the cop's sister's boyfriend who may be in the gang. The investigation continues.
