Off duty NYPD busted for DWI and vehicle accident involving three people

Neville Smith, 32, NYPD off duty cop was arrested and taken into custody on Sunday, April 23 around 6:15am. Police were called to Van Wyck Expressway at that time reporting vehicular crash with injuries. Two people, Maria and Vanessa Raghubar are in critical condition at Jamaica Hospital. The third person, Justin Harricharran is in stable condition. Police charged Smith with slew of charges from DWI, assault and refusing to take a breath test. Reported 12pm.
