Odd on a long shot for ICE mask ban in NYC

The NYC Council consisting of not so smart individuals just can't seem to find a way to ban masks for ICE operations. The same with NY statewide Assembly and Senate along with members of also NY Congress who drafted the bill which is going nowhere.

If a mask ban is in place then the same law can be applied for protests, crimes, people walking outside etc which will bring more lawsuits. Those committing crimes in NYC will be the most affected since they want to cover their faces so victims won't be able to identify the suspects.

So embarrassing but the hype made a good impression to those against ICE for a short time. The next update on this matter is still being discussed.

Meanwhile, another city Los Angeles has an ICE/CBP mask ban as of January 1st which was passed in the city only but the Governor will not enforce it since someone is above that at DC called POTUS who can override due to federal jurisdiction, the big boys.

As of now all protesters can do is rant, down down with ICE all day long in NYC by following the herd. Check the location of protests for free food around NYC.
