The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Louisiana halts the Biden Administration’s attempt to mandate vaxx on businesses with 100 or more workers, La. AG Landry says.

Then over the weekend, about 4 million federal workers, from FBI agents to Bureau of Prisons guards to U.S. Food and Drug Administration workers, are to be vaxxed by November 22 under the president’s executive order aimed at stopping the spread.

Now the next step is mandating small businesses with 100 or less workers since they are not equipped with resources to take to court unless they all gather in groups and file lawsuits. This is a wait and watch. The 100 or less includes local mom and pop, restaurants to retail stores.
