Now its all on Melinda after Alvin lost

Last night around 12:30am, a lone male, 69, was sleeping while heading to work to Manhattan on the 7 train when five suspects were targeting him for robbery.

The victim woke up when his bag was being removed and then resistance started with five suspects.

Then the victim took out a knife and stabbed two of the five. The incident was reported at the Woodside Avenue station near 61st Street. The other three suspects ran away crying leaving their friends bleeding.

EMS reported one dead and the other in critical condition.

ESU recovered the weapon on the scene and the victim is cooperating with the police.

Police stated from the investigation the victim was defending himself from a robbery.

Now this case lands at the Queens DA's Office where Melinda Katz is reviewing. This is another incident similar to Daniel Penny where the Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg lost the case when Penny was defending other victims from being attacked.

The incident is recorded inside the subway car and the NYPD will decide whether to release it to the public.

Just two days ago, the NY Governor convinced all that subway crime is down to the weak people, while reports clearly show that murders on NYC subways have increased by at least 60% this year.

This morning around 7:30am, a woman died after she was set on fire by a suspect inside the F train at the Stillwell Avenue subway station in Coney Island.

Commuters are advised to stay alert and travel in groups.
