Not one but two vehicles flipped on the CIP

Cross Island Parkway northbound is now reporting delays all around due to two vehicles overturned with injuries. This is after Utopia Parkway. ESU is working to upright the vehicles. EMS is working on the injured.

A witness stated two vehicles were speeding when both collided into each other.

The investigation continues.
