Not even nine on Saturday night for Queens update

The NYPD reported armed robbery went wrong resulting two people shot in Jamaica. This is on Jamaica Avenue near 150th Street. Two employees attempt to stop the suspects when the gun went off. One worker is in critical condition and unresponsive. ESU recovered shell casings. Jamaica Avenue is closed doe police activity.

The FDNY reported two people died from two separate fires in Queens. One is in South Jamaica and the other in Roosevelt Island.

The Roosevelt Island fire started around 6pm in Main Street at a high rise apartment

The South Jamaica fire occured at a home on 146 Street near 123rd Avenue around 7pm.

The medical examiners transported the bodies to conduct autopsies.

All incidents remains under investigation.
