All over a coffee in need of survival in cities without alternate plans

Look ma I am a perma barista and mama asks for how long.

Starbucks is facing boycott demands in cities that's a strong base of the far left in favor of socialism where affordability is not working well despite loans and parents support, especially NYC and Seattle. Workers demand fair contracts since these offered by Starbucks are not enough. Average pay of $19 an hour, part-time EE’s eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, stock Awards, tuition assistance, free food and drinks during shift still not enough. The organizers of Starbucks Workers United demand 65% immediate wage increase rising to 77% over three years to $30 an hour. If this happens, then Starbucks will raise prices for the consumers and so will other outlets from Dunkin to McDonald's on coffee and other items causing inflation.

As of now, there are over 100 robots operating worldwide locations by self automated orders from consumers and that is expected to be ready starting with Seattle with termination of workers.

The same strike in NYC from former McDonald's workers demanding higher wages all went out of work after locations started automation. When the workers went for help, those elected officials went AWOL.

As for Long Island and statewide, business as usual which is staffed by local high school and college students but very difficult to survive in the city with so much pride.
