No test for pots while driving for all T LC license holders in NYC

The NYC Taxi and Limo Commission announced all license holders including yellow cabs, Lyfts, Uber and etc will not be tested for pot. This came since the state legalized pot for all to get stoned. Drivers must be sober when picking up passengers. However, drivers can be tested for alcohol and other drugs such as coke and opoids. Also, pot smell deals with it or finds another ride. At the same time, no one can smoke inside the vehicle but pot odor will not be regulated. Febreze is available at all local stores for extra budget for concered passengers. Better yet, passengers should carry mini-Febreze while riding all the time like mini sanitizer. Lasty, NYPD won't enforce either.
