Nick s Car and Limo Services operating out of illegal location

253-23 Union Turnpike is the location where Nick's Car and Limo Services operate via illegal sublet from the laundromat. According to building dept, no permit has been approved for sublet by either the tenant or new landlord. The car service is paying $850 per month rent with all utilities. The sign on top of the building is also illegal without permit. They are mailing out promotions via bulk to target residents for their car services on a regular basis with expensive glossy looks.
