Next robbery reported in Astoria

The NYPD reported an armed robbery of a victim on Steinway Street in Astoria. This is by 34th Avenue. The incident was reported last night around 2:30am. Police described the suspect as male, black took off on foot with cash and jewelry.

This is the next incident on Steinway Street after a phone store robbery where the employee/owner was shot. Two suspects, males, Hispanics took off with a Rolex watch from inside a local phone store.

The NYPD released the surveillance pictures to the public for information wanted.

Both incidents are under investigation.
