New building with retail stores coming in Bellerose

The former location of auto lease company, MTP on the corner of 247 Street and Jamaica Avenue in Bellerose will be demolished to make way for a new building with retail strip of stores. The 3,000 square feet space will accommodate more than 7 stores. A second story has not been outlined at the moment. It will be ready by end of 2021 or early 2022. Currently the blue print of developments are under review with the building dept. Parking will be in the back lot of the total square feet building at 12,100.
