New York State building student database on test scores medical records

School districts must send data, including attendance records, to inBloom, an Atlanta-based data storage company, by Jan. 1, for a portal to be accessible to parents and educators. The data will be accessible by educators and parents through a portal during second week of January. For New York City students, the data will include grades, standardized test scores and any medical diagnosis that requires special-education services.
