Illegal cab drivers harassing and threatening green cabbies

Before it was only yellow and private car services like Glen Belle. Now comes green cabs and bullying has started. Angry illegal drivers who enjoyed their turf without competition is now making threats to green cab drivers for legally picking up passengers. Some green cab drivers are scared and want to find another spot. Illegal cabbies claim they too have to make a living and license is a long paper work process which does not guarantee. With more than 1,000 green cabs on the street with additional 5,000 more all ready to hit the road in March, it will be a tough competition for illegal cabbies.
