New Hyde Park Village inviting the public for another hearing for proposed construction

Tomorrow, the The Village of New Hyde Park Board of Trustees will have a hearing for another proposal to the location, 300 South 12th Street. This time it’s for a self -storage building with 37 underground parking spaces. It’s different from the proposal submitted in 2019 for a four story apartment building. This is near the LIRR underpass on South 12th Street which is under construction. The hearing is available in-person or online. The meeting is at 1420 Jericho Turnpike New Hyde Park, NY 11040.
