Driver in critical condition on the Whitestone Expressway

Police closed off the Whitestone Expressway by Linden Place reporting multiple vehicle accident with one driver in critical condition. It happened around 6:30am. Highway CIS is on the scene investigating. Reported a single driver, female, 41, hit the mail truck from behind.
