New GOVO windows showing snowstorm inside the apartment

Many GOVO residents in Bellerose had to clean their newly replaced windows when snow went inside with windows closed. This is on 249th near Elkmont where a resident had to remove snow constantly all night for the fear of buildup. Tapes were used all around from fear of having this window falling down.
