Glen Oaks Village Co op to increase maintenance on Jan 1st

Starting new year, maintenance bill will see an increase of 3.75%, that is about $30 per month resulting all 3,000 apartments to a cool $1 million dollars per year easily. An additional $1 million per year for GOVO is necessary as described by Robert Friedrich who made the sole decision during the budget meeting on Dec. 5th.
