Network of Jin Hua Cui is expanding in Northeast Queens

Cui, 44, was arrested in 2007 for prostitution when she was an employee of a network that controls Korean women forced into slavery. When she was given a chance to recruit more women by placing ads on false promises of salon jobs in Korean language in Korean papers around Flushing, she was again arrested.
