Naked EDP running around in Fresh Meadows

Fresh Meadows - 65th Avenue and 180th Street, EMS is on the scene reporting a naked man running around the street. FDNY reported the man is presumed EDP. Police reported the man tried to break into homes and cars. ESU controlled the man and EMS transported to the hospital. Reported 3:30pm.
