NYS Governor Cuomo approved to conduct the study to use textalyzer by Governor's Traffic Safety Committee in a press statement on July 26. The device is being developed by Cellebrite, an Israel based company. Another review is privacy and constitutional rights. Invasion of privacy is another matter to be reviewed and Cuomo confirmed tracking down reckless drivers is a priority. The report will be released in six months after conducting research from all parties involved.
