NYPD still working on the Clearview Expressway in Bayside

The NYPD Heavy Tow is still working on the removal of the tractor trailer that overturned on the Clearview Expressway.

The incident occurred around 9am this morning by the Northern Blvd Exit before the LIE.

Multiple attempts to clear the truck has been unsuccessful due to load of inventory from inside the truck required clean ups.

ESU, FDNY and other emergency personnel are still on the scene.

Try using alternate route for the evening rush hour.

Ongoing investigation.
