NYC teacher arrested for putting child in a headlock

On Monday afternoon a teacher at P.S.153 Adam Clayton Powell Jr in Hamilton Heights was charged with asssult after an incident with a child who was allegedly put in a headlock by 46 year old Anthony Wicks according to police the child sustained non life threatening injuries but was taken to hospital for evaluation.
