NYC mortuary technicians busted for thefts

The feds made busts at the NYC medical examiner's office reporting mortuary technicians were stealing belongings of the dead, stole their property and enriched themselves with unauthorized purchases. The purchases racked up thousands and thousands of dollars. This is from the US attorney, "These arrests serve as a warning to corrupt city employees that they will be prosecuted and held accountable for their criminal acts and breach of public trust.” More arrests are pending including friends and family members who also played the crimes.
