NYC is seeking talents for concrete barrier beautification

From bike lanes to other concrete barriers from Bayside to Manhattan, NYC is seeking talents for beautification. The Dept of Transportation and NY Cares will provide materials for free. The selected talent will receive $2,500 and $500 materials. Deadline is March 16. Open to the public.
