NYC Mayor is not well today on water

Today the Mayor issued a statement on water use in the city telling residents to conserve water due to drought watch.

This is due to lack of rainfall but there is plenty of water upstate where the reservoirs are regardless of the levels.

NYC water emergency is divided into three levels and the first one is drought watch, followed by drought warning and then drought emergency.

The Mayor doesn't want the people to know there are no reservoirs in densely populated NYC, Long Island or Upstate. The water is connected from 6 different states flowing all around without a drought emergency.

This was established after then Mayor Koch when there was a drought added more funds to have a streamline of water to sustain without drought in NYC, Long Island and upstate from upper upstate where there are plenty of water.

Since the NYC Government wants to keep people under their control, the Mayor has ordered all city agencies to update their water conservation plans and prepare to implement them. At the same time, issued notices to local residents to follow the government.
