NY and CA has unlimited taxpayers fund to keep all home

As for two states, Texas and Florida announced today the unemployment benefits are no longer available for both started from the federal funds. This is federal pandemic related benefits and will stop receiving it. NY added another $80 billion to keep paying all to stay home until December including NYC.
