Live from NYC it s Saturday night

On Saturday night alone, NYPD reported 16 people shot including a tourist from Ohio. The tourist was shot at a local 7-Eleven in Midtown and 2 were taken into custody. A teenager was shot and killed in the Bronx. Brooklyn and Staten Island reported no bullet victims during that course. As for the week, 47 people were shot in NYC. Still Chicago is number one with 54 people shot since Friday and 5 dead. As for the subways, the mayor announced an additional 250 cops on top of the 500 approved in February. According to the NYPD, there are only 2,100 transit cops. The mayor stated 3,250 with extra 250 and NYPD stated 2,450 not including the 500. Somebody get a calculator.
