NCPD issue press statement on the hit and run in Garden City

The NCPD reports the arrest of a Brooklyn man for attempted felony assault, criminal possession forged instrument, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, criminal mischief, and speeding. The incident was reported on March 18 around 6:30pm.
