NCO officers are putting efforts into towing vehicles in NYC

NYPD's Neighborhood Coordination Officers are pursuing aggressively by towing vehicles which are not registered or insured on NYC streets. Queens Blvd is one of the busiest location of incidents due to used vehicles parked on sidewalks with for sale signs.
