Mugging investigation at the local mall in Garden City

Police reported another mugging incident at the local mall in Garden City. This is at the local Roosevelt Field Mall.

The incident started when one of the group allegedly tried to remove and a confrontation started leading to assault.

Both victims were mugged during the incident. The suspects ran out on foot. Both workers were hospitalized when the incident occurred on September 25 around 8pm and have been discharged.

Police are searching for the suspects.
