More woes for residents without heat and hot water in NYCHA

After HUD, the fed agency decided to monitor NYCHA, Lynne Patton, the administrator for NY and NJ disclosed that she will live in public housing for one month to report.

However, today she announced she will not be able to do so due to government shutdown decision on February 15. Meanwhile, residents in the public housing continue to report of no heat and hot water.
