More law enforcement enroute to NYC

Just now, a third suspicious device was found in NYC allegedly tied to the same two with arrests. The NYPD Commissioner confirmed one was already confirmed as a real IED packed with TATP when recovered from the scene by the bomb squad.

The NYPD is adding more patrol units around the Manhattan vicinity.

Meanwhile, bomb squads are investigating to determine if there are more locations in the city with suspicious devices.

This is from the NYPD,

"Officers have located a 3rd suspicious device in a car thought to belong to 1 of 2 suspects taken into custody yesterday, in connection with 2 other suspicious devices. Now, we've got a total of 3 suspicious devices that have been uncovered."

More personnel from the US Dept of Justice are en-route to the city.

This is from the NYC Emergency Management - Expect traffic delays, road closures, mass transit disruptions and emergency personnel near East 80 Street & East End Avenue, Manhattan. Avoid the area.
