More investigation underway that shocked NYC residents

October 16 at 11:11am, a driver on the Belt Parkway called 911 reporting a crash. With the driver's own dash cam that recorded all the details step by step, the Queens DA's office started the investigation after the video went viral on social media racking up over 10 million unique views.

Angry locals demanded investigation and the vehicle was found in Brooklyn.

Since then more investigation has been underway.

The NYPD Fugitive Task Force made the arrest of the main suspect.

More charges for all involved underway.
