More bills underway for domestic violence victims in NYS

Today, Governor Cuomo signed a new bill allowing domestic violence victims fleeing their abusers the right to cancel internet, telephone, cable or any multi year contracts without penalty. Family justice centers are open in NYC's five boroughs.
