Moped gangs has many people on the edge in Queens now expanded to Brooklyn and Manhattan

The NYPD reported the suspects on mopeds targeting innocent victims continue to increase crime activities in Queens expanded to Brooklyn and Manhattan. Since October to November end, the crime pattern is snatching jewellery and other items while approaching the victims,

Roosevelt Avenue from Jackson Heights, Corona to Flushing remains the top spot for the crime.

In one incident, the suspects approached a teen, male, 16 who was selling flowers in Jackson Heights and started a chat on the price of the flower package while attempting to remove a gold chain which was unsuccessful and the suspects took off.

As of today, 17, 90, 94, 108, 110 and 115 Precincts have reported the same crime pattern with cops on alert.

The investigation continues.
