Molloy grad and member of FDNY died on duty

FDNY confirmed Timothy Klein, 31 of Belle Harbor died today during his duty as a firefighter. He was working at 10826 Avenue N in Canarsie, Brooklyn after calls came in for a fire. The fire started around 1:45pm and was brought under control by 4pm. More than 10 people were taken to local hospitals with injuries including 5 members of FDNY. Klein's father was also a firefighter.

Klein is a graduate of Molloy High School in Queens and graduated from York College in PA.
