Missing person reported in Freeport

Nassau County Police has issued a missing person report. She is identified as Natalie Nelson, 29 years old, female, black. She has been missing since November 21 around 9pm. She maybe in need of medical condition. Update - as of November 24, the alert has been cancelled.
